I lead clinical supply and logistics for early-stage oncology trials, and I use AI to build the tools my teams run on: a scenario-based supply planner, a validated compassionate use system and a command center for two Phase 1 trials.

    Use tools the team can own and maintain, from Power Platform to Python, built quickly with AI coding tools.

    Validate

    Anything that touches patients or drug gets requirements, user acceptance testing and an audit trail.
